To cancel your booking, simply click on the Login button at the top of our website. Once you're logged in, you'll be able to see your booking details. From there, click on the 'Cancel Booking' button and provide a reason for cancelling. Finally, click on the 'Confirm Cancellation' button to complete the process.
If your cancellation is made more than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, you'll receive a full refund.
It's important to note that if you have a return transfer that also needs to be cancelled, you'll need to treat it as a separate booking with its own ID.
If you only cancel one transfer and not the other, you won't be eligible for a refund for the non-cancelled transfer.
